About...

I graduated in Biology at the University of Birmingham in 2005. From there, on a slight tangent, I moved to South Korea for twelve months to teach English to school children. I enjoyed this so much that, with some travelling and home-time in between, I went back for a further two years at another school.

During my time there, and elsewhere, I have come to love taking photos. As a result I've steadily improved my equipment and, I hope, my skills in using it. I now use a Canon 7D dSLR, a couple of lenses (Canon EF 24-105 L & sigma 10-20 f3.5) and a shaky but light-weight tripod.

This website is a desire to take these things further, so please feel free to look through the galleries and send me any thoughts you would like to share. Clicking on an image will open a separate window for it, and the 'i-box' gives some info on each picture too.

Lastly, while this certainly isn't meant to be a business venture as yet, should a particular image catch your eye then please do contact me, as I am sure I could organise a full-size image for you!

Cheers, Nick.
